Robert W. Kidd, CPA, is a Certified Public Accountant who has performed audit and tax services for more than 25 years. During this period, he has provided professional expertise to private, government, and non-profit entities of various sizes. His background includes a diverse number of industries with particular emphasis on the tax problems and related issues of closely held businesses and their shareholders.
Mr. Kidd has extensive experience in accounting, auditing, and taxation. Much of his experience was gained performing financial and compliance audits for the Federal Government and the Massachusetts State Auditor's Office. Since establishing his own practice in 1985, Mr. Kidd has represented numerous clients before the Internal Revenue Service and State Departments of Revenue.
